Subject: ESPC updated outage.
*Details of the Outage:

*ESPC experienced a equipment failure on Ruby production server which is 
responsible for distribution of Polar, GOES, DMSP F13, F14, F16 from 
FNMOC/Monterey and Snow data, Cloud data(north, south) from OFFUTT. 
System personnel switched distribution from  Ruby production server to 
the backup Diamond server. ESPC is currently distributing data and 
working to recover all backlogged data.  

*Data Affected by the Outage:

*Polar, GOES, DMSP F13, F14, F16 from FNMOC/Monterey and Snow data, 
Cloud data(north, south) from OFFUTT.

*Date and Time of the Outage:

*4/7/2007 0630 UTC until 1000 UTC

*Length of the Outage:

*3  hours  30 minutes
