7. MENADO PORRIDGE
Ingredients:
- Breedlove ¼ of a sack (225 gram)
- Basil
- Spinach
- Bean seed (of Legume)
- Coconut milk (250 cc)
- Sweet potato (1)
Seasoning:
- Palm sugar (2 medium bars)
- 1.5 teaspoon of sugar
- Ginger (1 pc)
- Salt (2 spoon or as desired)
Instruction:
Soak the breedlove in coconut milk for about ½ hour. Cut the basil and spinach, slice the sweet potato, scrap the palm sugar, pour the water (not much) then strain it. Wash the ginger, slice it and put it into breedlove in coconut milk. Put the garlic, bean seed, and sweet potato into breedlove in coconut milk. When it's cooked, put the basil and palm sugar into it, stir and mix. Ready to serve. (LPKM Cinere)
8. KETUPAT (LEPAT)
Ingredients:
- Breedlove 1/8 of a sack (175 gram)
- Coconut milk (200 cc)
Seasoning:
- Ginger (about ½ of a thumb), slice it
- Garlic (1 pc)
- Salt (as desired)
Instruction:
Mix all ingredients and wrap it with coconut leaf then steam it in the water and light coconut milk for about 30-45 minutes. Ready to serve.

9. BREEDLOVE PORRIDGE AND CHICKEN SOUP
Ingredients:
- Breedlove
- Chicken
- Vegetable
- Rice (for porridge)
Seasoning:
- Garlic
- Candlenut
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
Instruction:
Steam the chicken then slice it. Soak the breedlove in cold water then strain. Put all seasonings that already soft (by crushing them with a pestle) into hot margarine and fry. Put the breedlove, chicken and vegetables, and boil it (not long). (YUM Pejompongan)
10. BOLU KUKUS BREEDLOVE
Ingredients:
- Egg (2 pcs)
- Flour (2 ounces)
- Breedlove (2 ounces)
- Coconut water (1 small glass)
Seasoning:
- Granulated sugar (2 ounces) gula pasir
- 2 teaspoons of sp.
Instruction:
Soak the breedlove in hot water until soft then blend it (until coarse). Mix the egg, flour, granulated sugar, sp and 1 glass of coconut water until it turn into white color. Put the breedlove into it and stir/mix well. Pour the cooked breedlove into cookie mold and steam until cooked. Ready to serve.

11. BREEDLOVE LUMPIA
Ingredients:
- Breedlove (2 glasses)
- Egg (1)
- 10 pcs of kulit lumpia
Seasoning:
- Garlic (2 pcs)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Granulated sugar (1 teaspoon)
- Leek
- Pepper
- msg (as desired)
- Cooking oil
Instruction:
Soak the breedlove in hot water until soft. Cut the leek, grind the pepper and garlic, fry them in cooking oil. Put the leek and breedlove, add water as necessary then leave it till cooked. Instruction:
Wash breedlove and boil until soft, strain it and wait until cold. Fry the seasoning, put the breedlove into it, pour the royco as desired. Fill the kulit lumpia with seasoning and breedlove, roll it and fry until golden brown. Ready to serve. (Ibu Fitri-Cengkareng Timur).
13. BREEDLOVE LEMPER
Ingredients:
- Sticky rice
- Breedlove
- Banana leaf
- Coconut milk
Seasoning:
Instruction:
Soak the breedlove then boil until soft. Fry the seasoning and put the breedlove into it, stir and mix well. Wash the sticky rice, cook with coconut milk and steam it. Prepare the banana leaf to wrap the sticky rice that already filled with breedlove then steam it. Ready to serve. (Ibu Fitri, Cengkareng Timur)
14. BREEDLOVE CRACKERS
Ingredients:
- Breedlove (2 ounces) without rice
- Roma crakers (1 packet)
- Egg (2)
- ½ kg of chopped meat
- 1 ounce of stringbean
Seasoning
Instruction:
Soak the breedlove in water. Fry the seasoning with cooking oil, put the meat into it, add water, put the breedlove, mix them, then put the buncis and mix well until cooked. Add sugar and flour, mix them and leave it until cold. Take a cracker, fill it with breedlove then cover it with other cracker. Keep it in refrigerator for about 5 hours. 15. BREEDLOVE BAKPAU
Ingredients:
- ½ kg of flour
- 250 cc water
- 2 eggs
- breedlove (½ of package)
Seasoning:
- fermipan (1 spoon)
- 11/2 ounces margarine
Instruction:
Mix well the seasoing in a bowl until soft. Wait for about 1 hour. Cook the breedlove until soft. Shape the batter into a small ball and fill it with breedlove, roll it until the surface is soft then steam it for about 20 minutes. Ready to serve. (Yayasan harapan Bahagia, bekasi).
16. PERKEDEL BREEDLOVE
Ingredients:
- breedlove (1/2 of package)
- 4 eggs
Seasoning:
- onion (3) to be grinded
- pepper
- salt
- celery
- garlic (1)
- 2 packets of royco (chicken flavor)
- Onion (5) to be fried
- ½ kg of cooking oil
Instruction:

17. BREEDLOVE PERKEDEL SATE
Ingredients:

18. BREEDLOVE FRIED RICE
Ingredients:
- Breedlove (take out the rice only and soak it)
- 2 eggs
- 1 ounce of chips
Seasoning:
- ½ kg of cooking oil
- seasoning for fried rice
Instruction:

19. KROKET KENTANG ISI BREEDLOVE
Ingredients:
- Breedlove as desired
- 500 gr of potato
- 100 cc water
- 100 gr of flour
- 2 eggs
- bread flour
- 2 eggs (take out the white)

Instruction:
Fry the grinded seasoning and put into the breedlove and celery, mix well. Boil the water and margarine, pour the flour, salt and pepper, mix well. Mix the grinded potato with egg (yellow part), chop the batter in a round shape, put it into egg, cover it with bread flour and fry in a high temperature. Ready to serve.

Ingredients:
