Product is Carlon vendor or equal. Conduit must meet the following specifications: normal pipe size 4 inches, outside diameter 4.5 inches, minimum wall thickness .237 inches, normal inside diameter 4.026 inches, weight 1lb per 100ft, PVC 201. Firms that believe they can provide similar required items must provide, to the Contracting Officer, supporting evidence that their product meets all specifications and quantities.
