Subject: Market Maker abuse
 
To Whom It May Concern
     
Market Makers at a minimum should have to report a short position in all 
trades on the floor of an exchange or not. A company that obides by the laws 
of the land should not be penalized for its micro cap status. The majority of 
business weather that be employment or actual commerce in this country is 
because, of the type of company traded as a micro cap.
