You can view these files and load them to your local disk. Click on the highlighted
file, then after it is displayed, select 'save' under the 'file' menu to save the file to
your computer.
- checkEPICtime.m checks the regularity of the time
base of an EPIC netCDF file. (Hotchkiss)
- choose_concat.m concatenates 2 EPIC netCDF files,
letting the user interactively choose which variables should be included in the output
file. (Hotchkiss)
- com_plot.m overplots variables from a set of EPIC netCDF
files. (Hotchkiss)
- EPIC_average.m time averages scalar variables in an
EPIC netCDF file. (Hotchkiss)
- EPIC_concat.m concatenates two EPIC netCDF time
series files, updating attributes. (Hotchkiss)
- EPIC_interp.m replaces pad values (NaN's) in an EPIC
netCDF file with linearly interpolated values. (Hotchkiss)
- EPIC_rotate.m rotates the current vector in an EPIC
netCDF file, updating attributes. (Hotchkiss)
- EPIC_vector_average.m time averages variables
in an EPIC netCDF file, including a current vector expressed as (direction, speed).
(Hotchkiss)
- ep_list.m makes an ascii flat file of an EPIC netCDF
file. (Denham)
- lab_plot.m interactively makes time plots of a set of
variables from an EPIC netCDF file, allowing the user to choose which variables and to
scale the plots graphically. (Hotchkiss)
- many_concat.m concatenates many EPIC netCDF time
series files, updating attributes. (Hotchkiss)
- maskedit.m edits an EPIC netCDF file by assigning NaN to
a designated variable in records for which the corresponding variable in a mask file
equals 1. (Hotchkiss)
- timerval.m makes a new file including only the input
data within specified start and stop times. (Hotchkiss)
- truncate.m truncates an EPIC netCDF file by clipping off
initial and final records. (Hotchkiss)
- varstats.m prints out statistical summary of an EPIC
netCDF data file. (Hotchkiss)
