FORM TERMS
This list includes form terms to be used in supplied titles. A form term may follow the title proper of a titled work (*), or it may be used as the first part of a supplied title followed by a descriptive phrase or other supplied title (+). Some terms may be used both ways (*+). Definitions for these terms are included in Appendix G, Glossary. This list is not comprehensive nor proscriptive. Archives may use all or some of these terms, or they may create their own list of terms.
