The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk Office, Norfolk VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed-Price contract (see numbered note 22) with Channing Bete to create 262,585 each Navy-specific edition of previously developed copyrighted Scriptographic®, full-color, 8 panel folder "Combat/Operational Stress Information for Marines" item 63619 (all rights reserved) by changing all photos to be Navy specific (include photos OF SEABEE's AND SEALS) and 135,271 each Navy-specific edition of previously developed copyrighted Scriptographic®, full-color, 8 panel folder "Combat/Operational Stress Information for Marines Families and Friends" item 63588 (all rights reserved) by changing all photos to be Navy specific (include photos OF SEABEE's AND SEALS). This requirement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 – Test Program! for Certain Commercial Items.
