Accomplished Activities: RSL (Day 330), VIRGO (330) Planned Activities: RSL (Day 331), VIRGO (331) Ground System Anomaly Summary: 330/18:09: TC block sequence error D27 during LASCO background queue commanding. Commands successful after retransmission. Thanksgiving day summary - no meeting. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday SOC office will be staffed from 12-8. Daily mtg on Friday and Saturday. Status of the sun - Active region right at disk center - several on the west limb. Disk center region (NOAA 7999) has a series of flares in GOES data. LASCO CME observed in the southwest yesterday. 2. Instrument Status (amidst inaudible mumbling) - CDS: Nominal - Nominal - got a series of images of the active region at disk center. Supporting JOP053 and JOP054. Tomorrow JOP009. SUMER: Nominal - Nominal - observed active region then did JOP053 and will do today at disk center. Supporting JOP053 and JOP054. Stray light studies tomorrow. UVCS: Nominal - Star Calibration - will begin study of ionization structure of abundances at east limb. LASCO: Nominal - synoptic observing program. EIT: Nominal - Supporting JOP009 all week and ICAL001 tomorrow. MDI: Nominal - Nominal running high-res campaign at lower half of high-res field through tomorrow to observe active region. 3.
