I am writing this letter to tell you that I reject the new proposal for audible pedestrian signals and detectable warnings.

I am in fact a person with a disability in which this plan uses to state the reason for. In highlight of that I feel that money will be misdirected from an organization that will better address the needs for people with disabilities rather than fund the Public Right of Way proposal for the unnecessary signals and warnings.
