Harbor Porpoise Take Reduction Plan

NOAA Fisheries Service implemented the Harbor Porpoise Take Reduction Plan (HPTRP) to reduce interactions between harbor porpoise and commercial gillnet gear capable of catching multispecies in both the Gulf of Maine and the Mid-Atlantic.
