Dear WG leaders,

Thank you all for agreeing to lead the working groups.
The cdaw's are mainly working meetings, except for the tutorials on
the first day and summaries on the last. Please take a look at the
event list on

 http://cdaw.gsfc.nasa.gov/geomag_cdaw/

and contact groups/individuals who can contribute data for studying
issues in your area. If you want a particular software tool to be
installed on the CDAW machines, we will try to do that. I will also
send a public data request in a couple of weeks. Also contact key
young people in your field who will be contributing to the analysis of
the data. It will be a good idea to encourage people with opposing
views to attend to promote healthy discussion.

Please remember that we have only 60 slots, roughly a dozen people in
each group. We also encourage people to choose a group outside of the
expertise to encourage cross-disciplinary discussions, which is one of
the key elements of the NASA/LWS program.
