2006 Enforcement Notice

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) gives notice to the regulated industry and its stakeholders of the civil penalty cases it closed from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 for violations of the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) (49 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 171 180).
