Graham Wants Stores to Label Eggs From Caged Hens

Rescuers to Carry Oxygen Masks for Pets

WTOP.com reports Alderman Richard Thompson in Appleton, Wisconsin initiated the program to buy oxygen masks for dogs and cats. The money to pay for each $49 mask came from donations by local animal lovers.

Canadian BSE Case May Indicate Testing Regimes Are Missing Infections
