POINT MARION, PA - In the third Native American Month series of programs at Friendship Hill National Historic Site, Mrs. Linda Christen presents the Spirit of Herbal Medicine. The program begins at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 16.
Christen will describe herbs traditionally used by the Eastern Woodland Indians. Many of these herbs continue to grow in the area and are still available for use.
