This is a Straddle 2 (fill or kill) unfunded project. This pre-solicitation synopsis is for a non-commercial, firm-fixed price construction contract. The project scope of work consists of the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to replace the roof located on Field House East, Building #2169 at the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado. The total magnitude of this contract is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A pre-proposal site visit will be conducted.
