STATEMENT OF CONGRESSMAN BRAD SHERMAN CONCERNING IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS

"I urge Congressman Bob Livingston to re-consider his decision to resign -- he should not be driven out of his elected post by sleaze.

It is time to end the investigation, tintilation, intimidation, recrimination and resignation and focus on the people’s business.

I call upon the Senate to quickly pass a Censure Resolution as a summary judgement on the Impeachment Articles which we have unfortunately sent them today."
