This award may be conferred by the Association upon person(s) or organizations who have been unrelenting in their support and encouragement of the ideas, goals, and objectives of the NMNA and/or Market News. This award shall be made, from time to time, as deemed appropriate, only after most careful deliberation by the Awards Committee. The person(s) or organization must be from the agriculture industry, and may include federal and state governments, universities, colleges, or other commercial status organizations. Administrative individuals within federal and state agencies are eligible. However, reporters, secretaries and clerical staff are not eligible.
