SECTION C: ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS

C.1 COMMITMENT 1

Forever Resorts Sun Country Marine West's first commitment is to reduce the facility's materials use, specifically dibasic ester.

For 2007, we have completely eliminated the use of Dibasic Ester within our facility through a product design change which eliminates the need. Previous design included foam fill products for open hull spaces and areas. Dibasic Ester was required for cleaning of all foam application products. Basic hull design changes eliminated the need for foam fill, thereby eliminating the need for Dibasic Ester for cleaning.

Education of employees in energy use and waste has become a general topic at daily safety meetings.

More updated and efficient lighting and equipment is being purchased and utilized.

Total energy usage has increased for 2006, but with normalizing factors of increased production, we have acheived an overall reduction in usage. Continued reduction is expected for 2007.

SECTION D: PUBLIC OUTREACH AND PERFORMANCE REPORTING

Sun Country Marine West is one property of many within the Forever Resorts family of properties which are a part of the EPA's Performance Track program. During the year, we participate along with our corporate and other sister-properties in multple venues at which the Performance Track logos and certificates are proudly displayed and discussed with employees and the public. As an example, at the Forever Resorts 25th Anniversary Celebration and Open House, we displayed the Performance Track flag on the side of our Silver Anniversary Edition luxury houseboat.

Our Performance Track Certificate is displayed on the wall of our front lobby at Sun Country Marine.

As part of our new employee orientation and training, each new employee is educated on Sun Country Marine and Forever Resorts dedication to positive environmental stewardship and environmental causes. Each is encouraged to consider new ways to help us become even better stewards of the natural environment, better ways to conserve energy, and better ways to reduce our waste streams.

The Performance Track logo is also displayed on our web sites and on each electronic montly newsletter, as a reminder of our commitment to continue to find ways to improve our environmental efficiency and to reduce our carbon footprint.
