Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear SEC:
     
I would like to encourage you to enact proposed regulation FD.  Doing so 
will encourage the free flow of information to all investors, force 
analysts to be more candid in their assessment of companies, and level 
the investment playing field (whereas now the full-service brokerage 
firms have a big advantage over individual investors).
     
Additionally, companies should be giving full disclosure to their owners 
anyhow.  It smacks of fraudulent behavior for them to be so secretive to 
their own owners.
