2007 DOJ/OJP/BJS US Northeastern University Develop and implement a data collection protocol for state and local criminal justice information on TIP. The project will assist law enforcement and other agencies in developing standard definitions of human trafficking cases and methods to collect and report data on cases involving human trafficking offenders.
