Hi Ziad,

There is a defect on the medial side and maybe that is throwing off
freesurfer. Most of the "bad" points are around this defect. I wouldn't
have expected it to have a big effect on other parts of the brain, like
sylvian fissure and orbitofrontal areas, but maybe that is what is
happening. If you look at the flat map with nodes only, you can
see kind of hole near the sylvian fissure cut where there are no nodes.

I have uploaded the smoothwm, sphere, and sphere.reg surfaces with spec
files for both original and stdmeshed surfaces. If you need any other surfaces please let me know. Thanks much.
