SITE INFORMATION FORM
The following list of information is requested for each GPS tracking station.
Not all information may be applicable, but please fill out as completely as
possible. The completed forms will be available in ASCII form at all Data
Centers, and tabular format (tbd) which will be compiled listing the
pertinent information for quick reference. Copies of the completed forms
should be kept by each responsible agency. Please use this form for advising
changes to the stations. This information will also be compiled into a hard
copy catalog for general distribution.
Please fill out this form and forward electronically to IGS Central Bureau.
Please forward all harcopy infomration as soon as possible.
