There were no bids, withdrawals or proactive activity rule
waivers in Round 140, therefore, the Paging Auction 
has closed under the simultaneous stopping rule.
 
We anticipate releasing a Public Notice within the next few 
days, which will provide official notification to winning 
bidders, specify deadlines for down payment and long form 
filings, and provide details for other post-auction procedures.  
This Public Notice will be mailed overnight to all winning 
bidders and should be reviewed to determine their post-auction 
obligations. Additionally, this Public Notice will be posted on 
the Commission's Internet site. 
 
In the meantime, we suggest bidders review the "Post-Auction
Procedures" section in the "Auction No. 40 Procedures Public Notice" 
(DA 01-850) released April 9, 2001 .  Additionally, bidders
should consult 47 CFR, Section 1.2107, the reporting requirements 
applicable to Paging long-form applications.
