CFS OPERATIONAL COMMENTS: Storage is 147.7% of average (1981-2005). --------------------- Inflow to the five reservoirs is 41% and releases from the five is 97% of average. Unregulated flow for the Yakima River nr. Parker is 43% and regulated flow is 49% of average. Precipitation at the five reservoirs for the month to date remains at 1.15 inches, or 3.9% of the month's average and 12% ofthe month's average to date. Precipitation for the period October 1st - February 9th is 152.55 inches, or 102.7% of average. NRCS Snotel sites for the upper Yakima basin are reporting 64% of average (No Olallie Meadows) and the lower basin sites are reporting 82% of average. Data may not provide a valid representation of conditions. Snow in the mountains later today, tonight and tomorrow morning with total accumulation of six inches possible. Highs in the upper 20's. The valley will see clouds gathering with a chance for rain/snow this afternoon and evening. Highs today around 34, lows tonight around 22. Total snow, less than one inch. Wednesday, cloudy skies giving way to sunshine with highs in the mid 40's. Vehicle recovery will occurr this morning in the Chandler canal. Once completed canal will ramp back up to full generation. No other system changes scheduled for today.
