S. ___ (1993), __________ _______________________ with the observation that I again disengage myself from any part thereof, or inference therefrom, that commercial speech that is free from fraud or duress or the advocacy of unlawful activity is entitled to only an "intermediate level," see ante, at 5, of protection under the First Amendment's proscription of any ____ law abridging the freedom of speech.
