SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Tuesday 9 November 2004 ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- * There is a JOP153 Major Flare Watch (#8000) on AR10696. * The recurring RFI interference lately is from a US military satellite. We are monitoring the situation and have requested more information and more specific predictions for the RFI. Until further notice, we are continuing with the time tagged recordings on Madrid passes. * CNE network connectivity in and out of GSFC will be down on Wednesday from 6-7pm. * US Holiday on Thursday 11 November. There will be someone in the SOC office from 14-22 UT. There will not be a daily meeting on Thursday. * An upgrade to the soho-archive will be happening from 10am-noon on Saturday 13 November. Connectivity will intermittent during that time. The electronic problem which makes some lines on the detector not useble has worsened. The lines of pixels to discard are those from Y = 140 to about Y = 200.
