Dear Phenom's

New Phenomena has become so exciting lately, what with leptoquarks, 
gauge-mediated SUSY, Aleph 4 jet events, and with Run II just around the corner
that John and I have  become completely overwhelmed.  So, we have managed to
convince 3 very naive people to help us out, and be Deputy Conveners.
