Abstract:

This dataset comes from the Naval Station San Diego Environmental Department. It contains over 33,000 data points representing Eelgrass spatial distribution within San Diego Bay.

Purpose: To increase knowledge of the San Diego Bay ecosystem

Supplemental_Information:

The geolocation of this dataset is taken from a subset of 5,000 points and is therefore an approximation to the coverage of the entire dataset. The data can be downloaded directly from the website location following these instructions: http://environ.spawar.navy.mil/webgis/ Select Database
