Poster Session and Reception

The PPoPP Poster Session and Reception will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Thursday, March 15, in the Santana Room and Valencia Foyer of the hotel. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served.

Posters may not exceed 36 x 40 inches in size, and may be pre-mounted on a firm board (e.g., foam core or poster board). The conference will provide mounting boards to those who need them, along with glue, Velcro, tape and push pins as needed.

Setup of posters may begin anytime after 3 pm on Thursday. Portable easels will be provided for your use (one per display), and can be picked up from the conference registration table.

Poster presenters are expected to be present and available for discussions during the poster session. We will provide each presenter with drink tickets to hand out to participants.
