TO:  Chief Executive Officers of All National Banks; All 
     State Banking Authorities; Chairman, Board of 
     Governors of the Federal Reserve System; Chairman, 
     Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; Conference of 
     State Bank Supervisors; Deputy Comptrollers 
     (districts); Assistant Deputy Comptrollers; District 
     Counsel and Examining Personnel

RE:  Unauthorized banks in Belize: Trinity Savings Bank; 
     Goldman & Stein

The Central Bank of Belize has informed the Office of the 
Comptroller of the Currency that Trinity Savings Bank and 
Goldman & Stein are not authorized to conduct banking or 
financial business in Belize.  Neither Trinity Savings 
Bank nor Goldman & Stein has been authorized by the Office 
of the Comptroller of the Currency to conduct banking in 
the United States.  Please be guided accordingly.
