SHASTA-TRINITY TRAIL

Imagine a trail linking Redding with the Trinity Alps.  Leaving your car behind, hike or ride from the Sacramento River to a nearby lake.  From your front door, follow Clear Creek towards its headwaters.  Imagine a trail linking the region’s many special places – historic gold mining areas, beautiful mountain vistas, river canyons, and lakes. This could all become possible with the creation of the Shasta-Trinity Trail.
