women's event. 2) Majority of females at WFF are not secretaries. 3) what about other job categories? 4) Clerical Achievments should be recognized at the awards cerimony with everyone else, not at a separte luncheon. 5) Not all Women at Wallops are Secretarial! 6) Continue at a reduced level. For example, have tea/coffee and cookies/pastry instead of lunch! 7) Lunch & Learns |

They should concentrate on educational programs. 6) Interesting, but don't recognize same women all the time (Wallops has a tendancy to do this) |

for women. 2) All good; last two just ok; career counselor comes to Wallops monthly 3) whatever can help close the gender gap! 4) Now that women are in the workforce, both men & women need to learn to balance family and work responcibilites. 5) Should consider having Daisy Saunders teach some classes. Very informative speaker and teacher. 6) All are good |
