Personal stuff about Scott

Scott is also a big fan of both humor and Science Fiction and he reads and writes a fair amount of both (more reading than writing). He is always happy to talk about B-5, Red Dwarf, and the like.

Scott has published a substantial number of pieces of fiction and science fiction, the majority of them being humorous 'scientific' articles to the the Annals of Improbable Research (AIR) and the Journal of Irreproducible Results (JIR). His numerous contributions to AIR have led to his being named to the AIR Editorial Board. Several of his articles have been discussed on NPR and one subsequently appeared in the Washington Post! Recently, Scott was honored (?) by being included in the1999 AIR "Swimsuit Edition." To see his entry, click here.
