By the Chief, Commercial Wireless Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:
                                     
            1.  In this Order we dismiss as moot a petition to deny the above applications filed on
July 7, 1995, by Wyoming 1 - Park Limited ("the Partnership").  By Public Notice of December
21, 1994, we stated that the above unserved area applications for Wyoming 7 - Park, Market
No. 718 A, were among numerous Phase 1 Unserved Area Applications that would be
designated for auction.  The Partnership was the only party to submit a bid for the above
market.  Accordingly, we are issuing a public notice on this date announcing the Partnership as
the tentative selectee for the unserved area in market No. 718 A. 

            2.  Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to Section 309(a) of the Communications
Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  309(a), that the petition to deny filed by Wyoming 1 -
Park Limited Partnership on July 7, 1995, IS DISMISSED AS MOOT.

            3.  IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is taken pursuant to delegated authority
under Section 0.331 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331.
