| Dispute Resolution Experience: | I have served as a mediator / arbitrator in nearly 100 litigated matters. I generally conduct mediations in a manner that is 60 percent facilitative and 40 percent evaluative. Both joint sessions and private caucuses are utilized to assist the parties in communicating and negotiating to an acceptable resolution. Although joint opening sessions are not required, I have found them to be very effective in identifying contested issues, while at the same time eliminating undisputed issues. Thus, the mediation is streamlined to maximize the negotiation process |
