This award is granted to individuals who have made an extraordinary contribution to GSFC's mission through outstanding and meritorious service. Clough developed plans, schedules and procedures for the Vehicle Electrical Systems Test (VEST) and Hubble Space Telescope (HST) Operations and Control Center for integration and test of the replacement of HST solar arrays, solar array drive electronics and fuse plug assembly. Clough has received HST and GSFC group awards. Clough received a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, N.Y. He is a native of St. Louis, Mo., and the son of Richard and Lynn Clough. -end-
