Subject:   Free giveaway of spectrum space

Honorable Representative,

     I have recently learned of a devious, insidious ruse on the
part of the FCC and broadcast companies to take all of the new
airspace for free.  These are corporations which make a profit of
billions of dollars a year.  To suggest that they cannot afford
to participate in an auction for spectrum is utterly absurd. 
Please, make the big boys pay their fair share too.  I am a
sixteen year old high school faced with the specter of a national
debt that consumes 18% of the budget every year.  To let
corporations get away with this while cutbacks to Medicare,
Medicaid, and aid to the poor is being slashed, is unconcionable.
