Criminal No.: 392-29 (D. Conn.)

One-count information was filed in U.S. District Court in New Haven, Connecticut, charging Automated Material Handling, Inc. of Stamford, Connecticut, with participating in a conspiracy to allocate waste paper accounts and to fix the prices paid for waste paper in Connecticut, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, beginning as early as late 1984 and continuing at least until mid-1987.
