Who try to get their arms around these problems and try to solve them and I think we're still early in that process. There is still a lot of: experimenting, and learning, and sharing of experiences. And at the same time I think there is at least some reason to be encouraged that when: companies step forward, individually, collectively, when companies work with representatives of employee groups and human rights organizations, when there's a collaboration with governments, that change can be effective.
