Banning short sales is a very prejudicial and improper rule. If someone has committed a crime, prosecute them. But do not punish a great host of investors in order to manipulate the markets in the direction that you desire for them. I URGE you, please reconsider this prejudicial and biased rule and allow capitalism and the market system to work!
