The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, permits, testing and incidentals necessary to perform the work specified in the drawings and specifications. The work contained in this contract consists of the obliteration of approximately 2000 ft of road adjacent to the Brushy Creek Bridge that will be removed in FY 09 on NFSR 255. The obliteration consists of the removal of culverts, filling of

ditches, scarifying and contouring the roadway to blend with natural slopes, and restoring natural drainage patterns. Removal of Brushy Creek Bridge will NOT be included in this contract. The project is located in Winston County, Alabama, and is 100% SET-ASIDE for SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
