Supplier Assessment System The NASA Supplier Assessment System's (SAS) mission is to provide a consolidated and comprehensive on-line repository of supplier quality data, performance indicators, metrics, and assessment tools. This information is intended to serve as a powerful and cost-effective tool for quality assurance, procurement, and program management professionals in the determination of supplier risks and the tailoring of quality assurance, procurement, and contract administration actions based on supplier risk.
