Here is Leif's list for running on Ags User 1 with the Cold Snake:

1) AGS loss monitor GPM visible and running.

2) Low intensity AGS: Set Linac chopper width to 10 microseconds.
This should give 5 x 10**9 protons per AGS cycle. On the
AXI.A15_XFMR_FAST one should see a 100 mV step at injection.

3) Permit link: enable two cold snake loss monitors; one cold snake quench.

4) Set SC Pulse manager to ``On Demand'' mode. This gives accelerated
beam in Booster, but no beam in AGS (no F3/A5 kicker trigger).

5) With no beam in AGS, bring on cold snake and warm snake (Operations).
