Description:To protect and enhance the entire Minnow Creek Watershed ground and surface water resource base through education, implementation of BMP's and low impact practices and maintaining Minnow Creek. Since 2001 semi-annual clean-ups, educational programs and restoration projects have been successfully completed. In 2003 Minnow Creek Preserve, a 6 acre urban preserve with wet prairie, riparian corridor and woods was opened to the public and in 2006 we were successful in saving Minnow Creek from channelization through court action.
