General Comment

The requirement for a maintenance log entry prior to every flight is excessive,
and does not contribute to safety.

Requiring pilots to inspect rotor blades for evidence of delamination before
every flight is a good idea. Making a separate log book entry for every flight
is simply a waste of time and log book space.
