Please do not allow the use of pre-recorded messages. They are very obtrusive, and I do not appreciate them. I have routinely received these types of messages, and not only are they bothersome, but they many times do not allow med to hang up the phone, and make a phone call. I have needed to make a phone call a few times, and I get one of these prerecorded messages, and I attempt to hang up,m but it does not get rid of the call. When I pick up the phone, the prerecorded message is still going through it's large and unwanted solicitation. I would appreciate if the FTC and FCC would only allow live phone calls to customers that the company has dealt with recently.
