Even CNBC says the SEC has no desire to fix this problem. Cramer makes the SEC look like rubes while bragging about how the SEC completely ignores the hedge funds gaming of the system.
How is it that he can go on national TV and BOAST about naked shorting, selling short without even an attempt to locate and operating and having zero fear of SEC action?
