Subject: SEC Rules on Proxy Votes (s7-10-03)

I want to thank you for considering a revision of the
rules on proxy votes.  Such changes could renew my
hope, now fading fast, that corporations can be made
responsive and fair to shareholders.  If we
shareholders could vote for directors in meaningful
elections, could limit their outrageous behavior, the
leadership might become truly accountable to the
people who are supposed to be the owners of the company.
