Michael,
We recently purchase a Fujitsu Stylistic 4121 for use with our ADCP.  It
has a good indoor/outdoor screen and has held up well for us while making
measurements.  Fujitsu sells a harsh environment case for the Stylistic
which can handle some rough weather while making measurements.  Also, Otter
Box will be coming out soon with a tougher harsh environment case for
tablet PC's.
WinRiver runs well on the Stylistic and I haven't run into any problems
that couldn't be worked through.  I did borrow a demo from Fujitsu for a
couple weeks by contacting Deb Kaplan at Fujitsu (703)684-4477.  Let me
