1. A nutritional supplement composition for improving metabolic function in a human comprising:
a first formulation comprises altogether, chromium polynicotinate, magnesium glycinate, manganese sulfate, selenium, vanadium, zinc, copper, iodine, boron, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin, alpha-lipoic acid, and folic acid; and
a second formulation separated from the first formulation, comprises altogether, walnut oil, flax seed oil, safflower oil, sesame seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, vitamin E and vitamin Q-10;
wherein the first formulation has substantially no oil-soluble ingredients, and wherein the first formulation is packaged into a first capsule, and the second formulation is packaged into a second capsule separated from the first capsule.
